Account, safety and product help
Payments & verification
Never send your mobile-money PIN to HerCycle. Payment claims require a transaction reference and manual review. Verification has a separate trust review after payment.
Discover safety
Use the Report action on a Discover post for harassment, dangerous content, privacy concerns, impersonation, misinformation or other safety issues. Reports go to authorized platform reviewers.
Health support
HerCycle health tools are educational. For urgent, severe or worsening symptoms, contact a qualified health professional or local emergency service rather than waiting for an in-app response.
Support email will be configured before official domain launch.
In the meantime, use the in-app safety/reporting tools for content concerns. Do not send credentials to unofficial contacts.
HerCycle support should never ask you to reveal your PIN, recovery code, or mobile-money PIN in a message.
